Didn't you file your I-693 form and the medical record with your green card application (I-485) when you filed first? I-693 is listed on USCIS website as one of the required documents to file along with I-485 form.
I think you and I have a very similar timeline. The only difference, however, is that I received my second finger print notice in May and I applied for my third EAD card last month (renewal). Ombudsman sends me a similar email every 60 days as I contacted them the first time about 8 months ago...
