dude you need to contact yr attorney fast If you applied in Dec 2000 and have not yet received a FP notice there is a good chance they have misplaced yr file. Maybe you made a typo and yr RD is Dec 2001. But if it is Dec 2000 you should get a copy from yr Attoney and call up the IIO to find...

It is a CSC approval. But it goes to show that INS has not totally stopped approvals They might have slowed down. The is a guy called Topaz who has posted on Rupnet with an Jul 19th approval. I thing a big problem is people have not been able to post here and some of those who got approved...
