thanks I mailed my stuff on Aug7th and my RD is Sep 27th this does not make sense. So then my EAD card will also be delayed ?

Guys if I file I-585, I-765 at the same time do I get the same EAC number for both or different numbers for each ?

If my I-140 has been approved and my I-485 has been filed and my lawyer has recieved the reciept of this filing, can I switch jobs before 180 days on my EAD (basically taking advantage of AC21 regulation)? Also can the previous employer revoke my I-485 application or I-140 application ?? Thanks

question forgive my ignorance but isn\'t it standard procedure that when one files I-485 he/she should provide all relevant information regarding status information? did you guys not put in all the requested info ? thanks

Please explain If you I-485 is filed when PD is current and say the SC is processing cases filed 2 months before your filing date, and boooom PD\'s retrogress by 2 years - what happens to your application ? What happens to your EAD, what happens to your RFE or Medical exams or FP...
