Is it legal for an H1B employee to go for a "Leave without Pay (LWOP)" after filing I-485? If it is, what is the reasonable number of months to go on LWOP? Thanks to you all.

I always thought that the 3 numbers in the middle is counted from the RD of the I-140 approval notice to the RD of the I-485 receipt notice, counting only business days.
It works to my EAC #, why not try it to yours?

Did you notify NVC of your intent to adjust status in the US and not go for CP? If you did, how long did it take for NVC to sent your file back to VSC?
