EAC -XX-XXX interpretation Could somebody check this out? I always thought that the 3 numbers in the middle is counted from the RD of the I-140 approval notice to the RD of the I-485 receipt notice, counting only business days. It works to my EAC #, why not try it to yours?

When is an I-485 application considered adjudicated? Is is the time when INS ask for RFEs or after the FP results reach INS?

To vsc01 Being on-bench without pay might mean being out of status for an H-1B employee, if you\'re on H1. And that\'s what the IIO might be looking at. It might be difficult to convince the IIO handling your case to justify the 3 month leave without pay. Again, it depends on the IIO handling...
