Medical exam Hi, I got the Medical exam form with 2nd letter. But the form is in French, is it usual? I can't read french. Do I have to fill out anything on the form at all, or I just need to take it to the doctor. Thanks.

Hi, I just received 2nd letter from buffalo. On the letter, it says that please do not schedule medical exam until 6 months from the date of this letter. Can anybody tell me when should I do the medical? The letter does say my interview is waived. Thanks

Hi ASHKAR, My lawyer told me that there is a pending queue in Chicago DOL. If they see your case doesn't have enough recruitment effort, they will put it to the pending queue. Do you know anything about this? What is your whole case timeline, including ad posting etc? Thanks.
