Received plastic cards. We received the plastic cards on 12/04. It took about 5 months to get them after we stamped out passports. CSC, stamped in San Jose.

No Title I stampted the passport on 7/23. No cards yet. The message got changed to "Processing Complete..." on 10/25. How long does it take to change the message to "Cards ordered..."? thanks,
