No Title I dont buy this. All I can say that certain IIOs are more efficient than others, or file at NVC/consulate, etc...

Was I-140 done in another center than NSC If so, NSC usually waits for confirmation fron them before approval. You might want to call the center that did the 140 and ask them to send the pending request to NSC. This is my undertanding.

No Title I am hearing from lot of friends that NSC is slowly clearing backlogs (july/aug/sept 2000) in 485 cases. So I feel u should also hear something in 2 weeks...good luck
