Birth Certificate RFE Other than affidavits from father/mother/uncle/aunt, notarized copies of original BC, notarized copies of high school marks sheet with DOB, what else is need to address the RFE for additional proof? Has any one got BC RFE and can share info. Thanks.

Gajvar, some news... I just checked the AVM again now and and it was updated. looks like the RFE was resent on Nov 20 (originally said nov 1)...so i have to wait. Hope this time my lawyer gets it. Good luck on your stamping, please keep us posted on experience!!!

Congrats GajVar!!!! Good luck for you. God is with you. My case RFE was sent on Nov 1 but lawyer has not got it yet. They have resent (i called after 14 days, i just cant believe what they say)... It is frustarting and just dont know what to do....God help me!

My RFE sent in mail on Nov 1 was lost. Can someone who has got the RFE letter (sent to attorney) from NSC post the exact typed format (minus case specifics), and the address to respond to the 485 RFE. This will help me a lot. Thanks a million in advance!!!
