ric - as far as I know for immigrants the education doesn\'t matter a lot. All foreign universities are treated equally here. So people from less known universities get advantage here.

What about giving a friends address who has a house. Assume that is your sub tenant residence!!!

JoeF- Thanks for your quick reply! Sorry it is 180 I think....also question? I heard that if one wants to stay outside US for more than 6 mo but less than 1 year they don\'t need any pre-entry permit and have no problem re -entering US. I know some people they are not asked a single question at...

Joef - questions to you... If someone stays over 180 days outside US where should he/she apply for the re-entry permit? At the Port of entry?  What are the grounds of inadmisibility? What are the things they would verify for inadmissibility if the person stays over 180 days? Thanks..

Except Massachusetts you can live any where else peacefully!! MA is horrible for living especially if you rent. Lots of jobs though.
