    No Title INS can issue an RFE after filing I140 amendment. If they find something for which they need an additional information, they can issue an RFE. Going by the number of the approvals messages posted on this forum, such instances are rare.

    I just called VSC to have my I140 amendment linked to my I485. The IIO told me it was already linked and it is being processsed. It is no longer on HOLD . She did not tell me hom much longer it would take to get approval. PD: 03/96 ND: 06/99 FP: 01/01 Hope this helps fellow IGATErs

    VA residents/IGATE: Case on hold / renew my EAD?

    No Title I have renewed my EAD 2 times so far. Go ahead and get it renewed. do not wait. I sent my application to VSC by mail. It took little less than 2 months to get the new EAD. I also renewed my Advance Parole.
