No Title What year/month will be affected if it does retrogess ? For EB3 which year\'s PD will it affect ? From what I see INS is going to process I-485 cases for 2001-April in Jan 2002 so what is the cutoff of EB2 / EB3 that can make it next year ? Any guesses ?

No Title My case details are the same as yours i think it may be next week or more before we see any approvals for the last week of july26

EDDJA My Date is quite near yours ,did u check up the AVM to see if it is updated ,I checked yesterday -- same message(60 -90 days).... just wanted to know if the AVM is not updated even if the EAD is approved

I see approvals on Sep/Oct cases in Aug,since VSC sometimes moves 2-3 months forward sometimes I was wondering if they might come to 01 cases soon

No Title CSC happens to be processing May June cases now,and since FP\'s of July have been in Jan Approximately it will take one month for CSC thats a coincidence but for VSC they are still at March so its still a couple of months for most people in Jun-Jul as EB3 got current then
