    I just cae back from Delhi I had my EAD,AP and had another ext for my H-1 . I got my visa stamped when I was in India and came back on H-1 as I have 3 more years left , also I am not useing EAD a of now

    August and September approvals are happening.

    as long as u have valid h-1 , u can get it stamped in delhi I was in the same boat, as I got my new 3 yrs h-1 I went to India got it stamped alhtough I had Ap and EAD. I did not use my AP but used my stemped visa. Go delhi and get it stamped

    u can go and get ur h-1 stamped. I did the same thing and got my h-1 stamped. one thing I want to ask U HOW come u do not have ur h-1 stamped,did you CHANGE UR STATUS FROM F-1/B1 TO H-1 IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN IT CAN BE LITTLE DANGEROUS
