Hi, mine 140 was sent to NSC last week..still waiting for the receipt, now I realized that TSC approval rate is faster than NSC, with few RFEs. Now pls forgive me, if it sounds a stupid question, is it possible to ask my attorney to withdraw the application from NSC and re-file at TSC...

do they still accept I 140 direactly at TSC?, my lawyer sent it last week to NSC...amything I can do to transfer it to TSC now..the approval rate is much better at TSC than NSC thanks in advance

Im also in same boat 3 yr BSC from IGNOU and GNIIT with 5 1/2 yrs work experience. Got labor approved last week . Sent 140 petition today, but I know im going to get some similar RFE like yours, So what was your case outcome? pls share. Thanks in adv,
