For a while the approvals were coming along in a sequence then all of a sudden NSC reported that they are approving 10/25/00 cases.... I think that there are a number of people like myself who are wondering why we missed the bus... RD 08/25 ND 09/13 EB2 RIR Please add information

Just so tired of checking the automated system that I finally spent the required 30 - 45 minutes and called NSC. The IIO told me that my case was not assigned to an officer yet - and did not know how long that would take. EB2 - RIR RD 8/25/00 ND 9/13/00

Could you please Check your dates!! The 2001 in your RD/ND is probably a typo....however if your notice date is Sept 10, 2000 then it was a Sunday and I am surprised a Sunday notice date was sent out by INS.

Just recently it seemed that NSC was picking up steam in approving 485 cases. However, I think that the current focus on the 245(i) issue/cases has started causing delays in the 485 approvals.
