I would like to give the VSC a call to change my mailing address. Can I change my address on the phone? I live in a different State now, do you guys any idea whether that might be a problem. Can I ask them to resend my RFE to my new address? Thanks in advance. Tarkan

I just find out INS Vermont Center has issued a RFE for me. I want to know who will receive the request. I changed my job after being in the AOS for over 19 months. Is there anyone with a similar experience? What documents should I prepare for the RFE. Thanks. Tarkan

Can someone post the I-140 approval notice text. My lawyer faxed it to me but It is not clear. The only thing I can see is it has been sent to NVC. Obviously it has been filed as consulate which I just found out from you guys. Help me guys, what should I ask NVC. Thanks.

How to get in touch with a sanator? When you say "Involved congressmen diligently", you mean you got in touch with a senator? If that is the case what are the steps and is there any exaple latter around? Thanks.

I found the sanotor serving my state, NJ. I heard on this board before I should call the sanators office and contact the immigration staff. I also heard before on this board there is a templete people using to wrote to sanator. Is anyone knows details? Thanks.

No Title ND:02/00. I talked to an officer. I got the same answer you got. Nothing is different. Could you please let me know if you fins a letter example to the senator. Also I sincerely believe lawyers have a dedicated number to talk to INS. I pushed my lawyer but nothing happens thare either.
