Unfortunately my case is EB2. EB3 is much quicker than EB2. They almost finished April cases for EB3. but for EB2, no move at all.

just called my attorney. she said NY LC processing time has been extended to 10-12 months now. The later, the slower. so take time to wait.

NY SESA really makes me disappointed. sounds like they are still processing January & February\'s cases. Still need another half year for March & April\'s cases to be processed, right? Wait with great patience.......................

my file date is 4/23, waiting... my priority date is 5/25. what\'s the difference btw priority date and file date???
