good to see approvals good to see some approvals after a long lull from DBLC. Hope this trend continue for couple of months and lot more people get out of shackles of DBLC.

Come on man. do some research. go some pages back and have a look at threads. you will find atleast 100's of them with same question in your situation. you may find some with WI state, but many with different states and they all have same story to tell. All were screwed by DBLC.

is DBLC working? well as per DBLC they would be sending 45 days letter till june 30, and after that we would be seeing a speeding process in labor approvals. But as of now 15 days past in july, i did not see any approvals, leaving a couple of them. Do you guys really think, DBLC is working...

I got 45 day letter on july 7, 2005 and is signed by Jenny Elser, Certified Officer. So, What do you say now. Sorry to dis-hearten you but it took me nearly 1 year and still waiting.

Add mine to the tracker ETA: D-05011-XXXXX Applied from Kansas - state cleared. then went to Chicago regional. and 45 day letter has this info. Date of Processing : Aug 03,2004 45 Days letter recieved on 06/01/2005 Replied on 06/17/2005. now in Dallas Backlog center.
