    PERM Deniew due to SWA job order

    So if I wrote the Start date 07/19/05 instead of 06/06/05, they won't have any problem wih that. (Can I do that?) End date is 08/19/05, that would have been 30 days and everything within 30-180 days prior to filing. Now should I appeal with the correction in date or refile? Thanks.

    Urgent H1B extension

    Once your PERM Labor is approved, you should go for concurrent filing assuming Priority date remains current, and take advantage of getting EAD. Also once your I-140 is approved, you will be eligible for 3 yrs H1B extension regardless of when your PERM was filed (99% sure).

    Has anyone ever tried contacting the processing center by sending email to PLC.Atlanta@dol.gov or PLC.Chicago@dol.gov with the policy questions? How fast do they respond? Do they respond at all?
