I filed the fourth EAD and AP application. In the receipt of the EAD application, I was required to Call the 1800 number to schedule a finger print at local INS. Is it the new policy? Do I need another finger print for my green card?

Johar, My case is National Interest Waiver. However, I filed the I-485 while I am in Georgia and then I moved to Newyork. I moved to Cincinnati last July. Still working for the same company. My case was transfered from Texas to Vermont to MSC, don't know where they plan to transfer it now.
