Anybody know how many days/month before the expiry of current stamp in the passport can one apply for re-stamping?. I got the passport stamped in April '04. Still waiting for physical GC. So it's time to visit INS office to get the stamping again. Please tell me if anyone knows about this. Thanks.

I scheduled an appointment thru Infopass go to Arlington INS office. In the page of the appointment it gave a Fairfax address. ie 2675, Prosperity Av, Fairfax, VA 22031. Has the center been moved?. Have anyone got this?

Can I book an appointment in Baltimore INS(my home zipcode belongs to Arlington INS) and go there for verifying my green card status(this is not for stamping. Haven't received the resident card yet after 485 approval).

You have to go to 4420 Fairfax Dr address. If your EAD-ND is 90 days passed they will issue an appointment for Interview.

My renewal EAD approved today per online message. Service center is VSC. ND 10/07/03. My current EAD is expiring 01/31/04. So it seems they approve only when the current EAD is about to expire and after making the applicant suffer like anything. guju, Thanks for your replies to my questions.
