    No Title In my experience, recruiters in the San Jose area are generally knowledgeable about H1/EAD issues. Maybe the issue is the lack of jobs in the web field right now. Looking in some other field may be advisable. VB + SQL should find some job in big companies ... Good luck!

    No Title Compare 80K with the number of H1 visas annually. As far as I know around 80K visas have been approved this fiscal year, in the middle of the biggest ?ecession in the past 10 years. Good luck!

    No Title Dyan2001, As far as I know job title change can cause problems. Please check with lawyer. As per other posts in this discussion group INS really inquires about job description. Make sure there have been no or few changes in your duties. Good luck and keep us posted.
