interview people - medical forms question

As part of the long list of papers the INS asked me to bring medical exams + immunization forms (I-693) at the interview, unless submitted. We submitted the forms 1 year ago, however I am afraid this will not be the end of the story :-( In the section \'Results\' of the immunization form...

No Title Hm, a couple of other people will do interviews this month. We will keep you posted with our experience. At some point you can contact the local congress woman and ask her staff to inquire at the INS. They are *extremelly* nice. Good luck!

Phone number to reach IIO at San Jose

No Title Check the INS web site, they have links to pages for each field office. You will find some information there. There is no phone number you can call, as far as I know. You can always go there and stay in line. My lawyer advised me against it, just because it will not help advancing your...

need to know how long is the line for interview in SF office????????? (I-485)

No Title hi, I am part of the SJ interview club. We are 3 in all and we are all scheduled for interview at the end of November, beginning of December. We had to wait between 3 and 6 months to get the interview notice. You will probably have to wait a similar time. There are at least 2...

    HELP!!(FP problem) anyone used tax id(ITIN) for wife\'s I-485?

No Title On one of my H1s there was a typo and the lawyer faxed a special form to correct it. I cannot remember the form, however it was a very simple thing. Of course I\'ve never heard back from the INS on that issue. Why don\'t you ask your lawyer to send a corrective fax and keep a copy...

Issues with employer after passport stamping

No Title I\'ve paid way more than that as my share of the GC. It was agreed up front and anyway in the current work climate I did not want to stand out. I would gladly pay $1k to get my GC now, and that\'s on top of what I\'ve paid so far. IMO the amount of money is not the real thing to be...

    urgent help for address change!

No Title Suposedly there is a form for mail address change on the ins web site. Somebody posted a message on this topic in the last 1-2 months. In my experience the lawyer gets anyway a duplicate of most of the papers. I\'ve seen posts to confirm that I485 approval receipt goes to the lawyer...

    Parameters for I-485 Approval

No Title Who knows? Of course for the approval you need to have your finger prints done. In some parts of CA you can do your FP before the scheduled time and this may shorten the wait. INS seesm to process various types of files in batches based on the ND/RD. They will process in one such...
