Who choses the consulate, NVC or when we file for I-140, I dont remember selecting any consulte.

Do we need to call the number 603-334-0700 and give our case number? Did anybody try that.

Do they send a letter or do we need to call them. I called the NVC but when I enetered the I-140 receipt number, it says invalid. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I checked the cptracker.com web site but it is not clear how long it takes to get the packet3. My I-140 approval date is december5th in EB2, Can somebody PLEASE tell me how long it takes for getting packet3. Can I find out if NVC has received it by phone. Thanks in advance.

My I-140 is approved on December 5th 2001, when can I expect to get the Packet 3 from National Visa Center(NVC.) After sending packet 3 to the Consular post how long does it take for scheduling the interview. Thanks in advance.
