Some good news ! Just called DC office, visa has been approved and gone for printing on sep-5th. Unfortunately, i don't have fedex tracking number.

10/22 Even my friends got it with RD of 11/2 and 11/6

Got it ! My lawyer just informed me that he has got couple of hardcopies today with RD of 10/22 and 11/2. I would suggest you to also find out from your lawyer. Good Luck.

GCVoyager My understanding is that there is no procedure change in AC140. You should send your AC papers along with I824 receipt directly to your consulate.All these changes are just for normal CP process (non AC140). Hope this will help.

Are you saying that you don\'t have to have approval for ammended I140 and can take the copy of petition for CP. Please claify.

one more thing... As per Natcom, i have to file ammended I140 after i get approval.How much time does it take ?? Does it take the same as normal processing time or will be faster ? Thanks a bunch.
