dont be jealous .. guys Dont compare your case with someone else. One of my friend and I filed together in June. I got my notice after 4 months and my friend got in one week. It is all possible. Depends on the IIO handling your case. Wait for our turn!

What is the use.. It was last updated in November. Even if we send our details.. the owner is too busy to update it. Either the owner should come out and say that he is too busy to update it and somebody else should own it now or he should do it atleast per week basis. Or people should stop...

why did you carry medical report? I thought we need to do medical at the time of filing 485. Do we need to do medical again?

i think NO. It will rather screw up the case. The local INS will wait for the file to come . If you do it before it can create problem. Probably you will end up doing twice. This is only my opinion and cannot be taken as a legal advice.

If 485 got approved When you are in India and if your 485 gets approved, what is the case? Is H1-B still vaild or H1-B becomes invaild once your case get approved? Any thoughts?
