    I am in same boat. RFE replied on Feb 14th. AVM updated on March 1 (One month after your case). I heard many times it won\'t take more than 2 weeks after AVM updation. Hope you will get approved soon.

    Did anybody get I-140 Approved after RD 25th October 01?

    No Title My lawyer said my application RD date is 10/10. But when i called AVM it says my application was received on 10/19 and it will tale 150 too 240 days and so on. The is 10/19 is my ND. Any one please clarify.
