    When you sue USCIS/FBI, can you sue them to pay for the attorney fee?

    I saw quite some people sue USCIS/FBI for name check delay, but mainly ask for finish the name check. Did anyone sue further like not only asking for finishing the name check, but aslo for paying for the attorney fee and damage/pain caused by the delay?
