Good to hear there is an I-140 approval after a long time. Have any of you concurrent/semi concurrent filers received FP notice recently? My RD is in August. How long does it normally take. I understand I 140 approval is not required for FP purpose.

That sounds encouraging. I-485 within a year at CSC is a great news. Even within 15 months is a great accomplishment. Let us all join hands and do what is best for all of us. I am not in the Detroit area but would be interested in getting any of your updates.

General question to all of you poeple- Does a change in salary during I140 processing has any affect on its approval? My ND is Aug 2003 and my employer recently announced salary cuts.

I don't think June 2002 I-485 cases are being approved yet. From my understanding Jan/Feb 2002 cases are being approved though others are getting RFEs. Vermont seems to be the fastest as far as I485 processing is concerned. Hope Nebraska picks up the speed soon.
