Fellows, was anybody able to call the TSC recently? The way to call it before, 1-800-375-5283 then 1-2-2-6-1 file number then 1-3-4 (also referred to as POJ method) seems to not work any longer. Could anyone advise how to get to TSC? Thanks.

I am in a similar boat, so I made an infopass appointment, went there, and they sent me to do additional biometrics the same day. A week passed since then, so I'm waiting for the outcome. It seems they will give you a stamp only if there is real need for this, like upcoming travel in 1-2 weeks.

Hi Jackolantern, thanks for the advice. Indeed I am waiting for 30 days mark. But from other posts it seems that the only way to get things moving is to either file I90 w/ fees, or try to get to service center directly which I am hesitating to do. It seems neither customer service nor infopass help.
