Why you need more suggestions? As my opinion, the GC application is the sooner the better(LC takes at least 1 year, then 3 more years for I140/485)...why you waste your time until you get H1b? because LC application takes long time, (at least 1 year in your state), maybe your LC is still...

No.... My case was sent to DOL in the end of Feb 2003... still long time to wait.... at least 2 cases of NOF (AUG) were approved on Jun 10 and Jun 13th.... Good luck to everybody

Use your employer phone number (it was filled in your ETA-750 form) to check. or just dial 214-767-9384 and input your employer phone to find your case number. Tax ID only showes old case, I think.

Are you sure your RD is Sep? it looks TSC is processing the H1b Cases on Oct. 11th. also some one in this forum said his RD is Oct 17 and Approved Date is April 14th... maybe you should call INS center for detail..
