PBEC is a regrogression of its own kind. We have to worry about it first than anything else. Even if the visa numbers become current, it is of no use to us if we are stuck here for another couple of years. It is so frustrating to see people with recent PDs of 2004/05 getting labor approved...

radd radd, did you receive the LC approval notice from PBEC at your home address or they sent it to your company / attorney?? Looks like, in many cases PBEC, has mailed the LC approval letters directly to the beneficiaries. I am curious as my address has changed from the one in the LC...

Did you also highlight the fact that many more approvals are coming out of DBEC in comarison to almost nothing from PBEC.
