Yes I have already noticed that trend. only I140' having RFE, filed non concurrently etc are being approved.
NSC already mentioned that you could expect some delay in the 485 stand alone cases as a result of the new process of adjudicating concurrently filed I140 and I485 at the same time.

I think that your case will not be considered under the new memo guide line, as yours is not concurrent filing. I think your I140 will be cleared first and then they will process 485 so you might see your i140 approval first and soon. which might be good for you as you can use AC21.
Oops I am sorry I saw your earlier post. I think i know the reason why you did not get your FP notice directly.
Probably Your address might have not updated. call the 800 number and check if your address is updated or not.
ranvir_usa
Can you post your details like RD, EB? Concurrent.
Do you have any Idea why you did not get FP notice to your address.
In my case Service center send me the FP notice and a copy to my lawyer.
GC_Kaavaali
I think you will fall into the new queue and you may soon get the FP. Then your 140 and 485 will be processed simultaneously.
I wish you good luck.

I am bit confused with all the new changes. My question at this stage is, when I-485 will be ready for adjudication?
like after FP, Name check, Priority date etc. etc.
The tracker scans information from the USCIS website and USCIS has recently changed their URL. so the URL in the tracker macro should be changed.
I think this answers your question.
if you need a new Excel shhet with the updated Macro go to thread Dec 03 Filers I have posted an excel...

I think you should be fine. may be you Will receive FP notice soon before your EAD/AP approval. Please update when there is a change in your status.
Re: How long will it take to receive a receipt.
it might take anywhere between 1 week to 10 days to get the receipt. you can also find the receipt number on the back of the check used as the payment instrument.

I would definetly not suggest Filing non-concurrent way. check the following link that will give you a very good Idea what to do.

it is not true that NSC stopped processing I140's Completely untill i485 is ready to process. I have seen some approvals on friday 23 rd for Dec cases and also new RFE's are generated for the I140 cases. for results check Dec 2003 filers thread.
