Just walk in...mine also said to call for an appointment but it\'s not necessary. I walked in to the Baltimore INS without an appointment and had my passport stamped. Also, I took the courtesy copy (not the original) of the I485 approval notice and it was OK.

You should ignore S2045 (no regulations issued) and stay at least 3 months with your sponsoring employer. Anything less than 3 months is asking for trouble later.

That part of the message is the same for everyone...not just you personally. That\'s how long it\'s taking. 90-180 days was never accurate. They\'ve just updated the message to reflect the current processing times.

No...just show up with your approval notice (courtesy copy is usually OK but some immigration officers want the original), passport, I94, and 2 photos. If you have AP or EAD, bring those as well just in case. Good luck!

No...all are under 8 years old. My lawyer tells me the IIO might have made a mistake since photos and FP are not required for children under 14. Their I485 approval notices said their cards had already been ordered. I just wanted their passports stamped in case we need to travel abroad.

I\'m going to Baltimore INS early tomorrow to have my passport stamped. Is the courtesy copy of I485 approval notice acceptable? Anyone been to Baltimore for passport stamping? What time did you arrive and how long did you have to wait? Thanks.
Anyone had their passports stamped recently at Baltimore? Did you make an appointment or did you just show up without an appointment? What time did you get there and how long did it take? Thanks in advance.
My I485 was recently approved but I presume I have to wait for I485 approval notice before getting my passport stamped. Do I need to make an appointment for passport stamping or do I just show up? Where do I go? The ASC where I did my FP? Or my local INS in Baltimore? Anything else I should...

Congrats! The best way to say \'thank you\' is to continue to lobby your political representatives for immigration justice for your fellow immigrants....and increased funding for the INS. Cheers!
