Apparently after 3 months the burden of disproving/proving immigration fraud shifts from you to the INS. Don\'t expect them to even bother to try - they\'ve got enough on their plate to deal with.

They don\'t order your plastic card until you get your passport stamped. This is because they collect your photos and a fingerprint for the plastic card at the same time you get stamped. So get your passport stamped asap.
