    According to the The US State Department, their Policy FAqs website they actually can add passport pages to unexpired RTD by DHS . My initial RTD took 9 months and 2nd one took 3 months.

    It's a very easy application. Just answer the questions and attach evidence of asylee or former asylee status with a green card. Also, they can't offer one if you have one valid unless the deposition is expired or you return the unexpired one.
