Usually you get the cards/approvals within 8 to 10 days after you receive the first mail. So, you should have them by now.
Cards come directly to you and approval notices go to both you and your lawyer.
Still, what category is shown on Approval Notice and Green Card?
There is a category field on the approval notice and on the physical green card too? what is it on your approval, E27 or E26? do you know what it means?

They will have to reform this GC system as lots and lots of people are waiting in the queue. Your GC will probably take a couple of years.
The best thing you can do is to stop thinking about it and go on with your life.

I have read in various threads that a "colored copy of passport's biometric page" is necessary for EAD renewal. However, I have NOT read anywhere that a colored copy of previous EAD card is required. I was just wondering why a b/w copy of previous EAD is accepted but not of the passport's.
