spoke with TSC IO around 3Pm : According to IO: my name check initiated on Aug 6 ,2007 ( pending)...is it good or bad?? generally how long does it take to clear name check?( no matches found etc..))...i know people are struck in name check from months to years....

i know your pain....this whole process really sucks............ USCIS not following their own SOP...we are not able to do any thing about this whole mess.....just wait for our turn:mad:

Hi red123, How come your 485 approved that fast......is there any special process?...i know they can assign visa number but rest of the things are same i.e like background checks..etc... Can i expect my approval soon?

yes..it's denial...one of my friend got same message........( because of undelying 140 with draw by previous employer...485 denied even though he applied AC21 ( i think they missed AC21 papers)) sorry to hear that....

Alllll crap..........they don't know how they are approving/processing cases.......No PD..no RD.........
