Thanks for your post about the J1 visa waiver application based on NOS. I am also in the process and I have a question.
I have forwarded the needed documents and a 50 bucks money order to the Nigerian embassy in DC, what I would like t ask you is how would you know when the Nigerian embassy has sent your NOS to the DOS.

You seem to know because in your post you said it took them 9days. Please reply.
