Hi aosing.... you replied to my post about National Archives. I was under the assumption that permanent cases are sent there once a decision is made, as you had stated. However, I just got a letter informing us to appear at the office again in about 10 days with a list of similar documents that they requested for the 1st interview. Now we are freaking out. Is this a second interview?
This letter came 5 months after the 1st interview and after they informed us that the file was sent to National Archives. Can you please share your opinion? Our attorney also thinks that they might have made some error and since the file could not be recovered they want us to go back with the documents. But we should not count on that and prepare for another interview.
