Hi,
EB1C was filed in June 2017. I-485 was filed in March 2018.
Received EAD / AP on Sep 2018. Interview was scheduled on Oct 2018.
140 was denied on Oct 2018 and subsequently, 485 was denied and the interview was canceled in the same month.
So automatically EAD / AP card was also canceled automatically.
We filed MTR for I140 and also I-485 separately.
MTR for 485 was denied during June 2019.
MTR for I-140 approved and so I-140 was reopened and approved during the last week of Nov 2019.
Now, everyone is telling me that my I-485 will be reopened automatically based on the I 140 approval.
But until this movement, I do not see any activity on my I-485.
So, I am worried, Can I have your advice on this? How to proceed further on this?
