My spouse is under a H1b. He works for an employer in FL. I am currently on a TN since February 2019.
My spouse's employer wants to start the process for GC. They (employer) need to ''amend'' his H1b at this time as he is changing positions within the organization.
I don't know if any of this makes sense, but what the immigration person at his work wants to do is to add me under his H1b as a H4 with EAD prior to starting process for GC.
The problem is that I am currently working under a TN... would any of this mess with my TN or force me to stop working for a certain amount of time?
