Hi, A friend of mine is convicted for Class 1 misdemeanor (reckless driving). He is on this H1B and currently serving jail time of 4 days. His license in suspension for 6 months. Driving again is least or not at all important. He has no previous issues on record. We want to find out what should his next step be? Will he be deported? He is in H1B transfer how would this effect him and what he can do? Please guys its really important, his family depends on him.
