I am on OPT cap gap till Sept 30 (OPT Extension and F1 Visa both expired in June)
If I have an H1B transfer pending lets say till Nov 15,
1) If this transfer is denied by USCIS on Nov 15, how many days I can be in US legally? Grace period?
2) Can a new employer immediatedly file another H1 transfer during above grace period?
3) If I assume grace period is 60 days after Nov 15 (transfer denial date), that is till January 15, so Can i enroll/transfer SEVIS to New School - second masters on Jan 15? (Or SEVIS transfer not possible at ALL, since my cap gap expired on sept 30 itself)
4) If I have a School admit letter for January semester? Any options to become student again after Jan 15 (without going out of USA & Out of status)? Since Cap gap & F1 visa is already expired.
