Hello Mates,
How many months or period of courtship must be existed before green card can be fill for spouse ?

I look forward for reply.

Thanks

You need marriage, not courtship to file for a spouse. You will prove the genuineness of the marriage at interview. It’s not a simple formula based on length of time of “courtship”.

SusieQQQ,
Thanks for the response , how many months of courtship is good before getting marriage ?

Thanks

Thanks. Meaning 2 months serious relationship can get married and start processing of green card for his / her spouse

Again nobody can determine for you how long you should court before getting married. That’s a personal decision you have to make on your own. If you feel ready to get married, and the marriage is genuine, it’s not mainly for the purpose of getting a green card, then go ahead and get married.

You will of course be required to present evidence of the genuineness of the relationship regardless of how long you courted before getting married.

It seems to be though you’re basically shopping around for any means to get into the US going by your past posts.

Sept. 2014: you were looking at getting a medical visa for you and your child for ophthalmic treatment that could be handled in your home country:

Jan. 2015: you posted about some ongoing fiancée visa:

Mar. 2015: fiancée visa processing for a fiancée you’ve never met:

Jan. 2017: ongoing spousal petition at Chicago Illinois:

May 2018: Another fiancée petition with someone you met not too long ago.

Seriously?????

So you shoul preface your posts with some explanation that shows you’re asking on behalf of someone else, or better yet ask the people to visit the forum and ask their own questions directly.

By the way, are you an immigration agent? How come people are asking you questions all related to GC family sponsorship which you can’t answer?
