H1B and TN Premium Processing at same time, will it create any prob for TN PP, or H1B processing ?

Hi

I am working on TN visa right now, My company is filing my H1B(2nd April 2018 intake), but I got an offer from another company which is willing to sponsor my TN in premium processing, will it be any issue in Processing my TN in Premium, for another company as my H1B application is also processed at same time with USCIS? Will TN PP will go through smoothly if I choose another company?
