Well, from online I do not see LIN# tied to name but once you have your number , you can check it online to see when they mailed it and from then it might take week to 10 days to get the receipt letter in mail.
1. Well she is in AOS and from what I heard, the latest EAD(AOS) will take over OPT.
2. I doubt she will get her OPT/EAD now.
3. Not sure. why do u want to switch back to H1B? Usually people keep H1B as back up though they have an EAD but they dont use it until I485 get approved for safer...
I do not think there would be an issue on Bachelors since you have Masters degree which qualify for EB2. It says "Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability " and also you have 4+ years experience.
Consult your attorney to make sure.

Be honest. The 80:20 is on your pay scale but not on expenditure. Have you made any 80:20 expenditure deal? You probably have the amount deducted in your paystub Vs the expenditure. If something looks fishy, contact employement attorney, they have first consultation free.

It's a known issue that most of us going/gone through the pain from employer. Many employers taking advantage of long term process and harassing employees.
Is there any site information available to review the employers nature? that would be helpful.
My reciept shows Recieved date March 21, 2007 and Notice date March 29, 2007. This is for extension beyond 6years.
Usually it takes two weeks in the normal process.
