i was deny entry to the usa due to the overstay of the I-94...the cbs told me i will need a visa waiver to reentry...i just found out about the I-601 and the I-212...can someone give me some help?i'm totally lost,my baby needs her daddy bad...i'm so depressed...is it true that even if i file the right forms i could be deny?if that is the case i will just tell my baby that her daddy is death...i can't go on like this...
