    Hello, The original labor approval is lost by Attorney, how ever he has the copy of the approval. He says we can file I-140 with copy. Any one has had this situation ? What is your experience doing this ? Thank You

    I-140 filing without LC

    If we file a I-140 with a copy of LC will thos work. My Attorney says he has a copy and not the original LC. If he received the original , only then he can make a copy right ? So what does he mean by having the original and not the copy. Did he loose the original after making a copy ? Also...

    PERM Rejected Twice!

    The INS could not contact anybody, i have that problem too. They send a questionnairre after u file PERM. My lawyer dropped the ball and my employer too. So I am looking for a good attorney. My employer says he never received the email from INS.
