    I-140 and L1 A.. Are they linked?

    Hello: My GC is currently in process on EB1 C . Concurrently filed I-140 and I-1485. I had also applied for extension for L1 A which came back on an RFE. As i received EAD and AP , i withdrew the L1A without responding to the RFE. Today i received an I-140 RFE.. Are these two linked?. h
