Today I have received receipts for my wife's I-485, I-765 & I-131 (filed along with my same forms, based on my I-140 approval...L1A) and I recognized that the mentioned date of birth of my wife is not correct. Than I checked the copies of forms filed. It was A Huge typing mistake made by my lawyer & obviously by me too that I couldn't see it properly. I don't know how it could happned; We were too exicted to file the docs OR my lawyer was too short of time.
Actual DOB is 12/6 (Dec. 6th) but typed as 6/12 (June 12th). Any suggestions/advises/comments will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
